Welcome to Reel AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Director AI, Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Reel AI is a video content platform that allows users to discover, watch, and interact with video content, including premium content that may require payment. By accessing or using Reel AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Reel AI.

  1. Content on Reel AI

User Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you submit, upload, or post on Reel AI. However, by submitting content, you grant Director AI, Inc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and perform such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting Reel AI.

Content Visibility: Depending on how you use the platform, your content, interactions, username, and profile information may be visible to other users.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, misleading, explicit, or otherwise violates the rights of others or these Terms. We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or our policies.

Copyright and Infringement: If you believe content on Reel AI infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to allow us to investigate and respond appropriately.

  1. Payments, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Paid Content and Features: Reel AI may offer paid content, virtual goods, or subscription-based access. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your purchase.

Subscription Terms: Subscription details, including pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms, will be disclosed prior to purchase. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the stated terms.

Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel a subscription at any time, but refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our refund policy and applicable law. Certain purchases may be non-refundable.

Third-Party Payments: Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for errors or issues caused by such providers.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Director AI, Inc and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Reel AI, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Reel AI may display advertisements or include third-party content or links. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, or services. Any interactions between you and third parties are solely between you and the third party.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Reel AI shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

  1. Termination

You may stop using Reel AI at any time and may delete your account through the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Reel AI at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on Reel AI or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of Reel AI after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
